Occasionally, AIPracticeHub may provide related physical merchandise or materials.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Training Workshops

Refunds for live or recorded training workshops are available only if the cancellation request is made at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop date. In such cases, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days. If cancellation is requested less than seven days before the workshop, no refunds will be provided due to the preparation and scheduling efforts involved.

Alternatively, registrants may transfer their attendance to a future workshop date within six (6) months of the original event at no additional cost.

3.2 Informational Products

Because informational products are provided digitally and accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are not available once access has been granted. Please review product information carefully before purchase.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Refunds or platform will be issued after receipt and inspection. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via the form at Contact Form with your purchase details and reason for the refund request. All refund approvals are at AIPracticeHub’s discretion and guided by these Terms.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their workshop attendance to another available session within six months. Such requests should be made through the contact form prior to seven days before the originally scheduled workshop. Rescheduling is subject to space availability and is not applicable to informational products or physical goods.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIPracticeHub provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from service use.
